Start and download from CoffieCup.com  the Free FTP program. 

After clicking the download you need to let the coffieCup installer, install the software. 

The First thing you will need to do is setup the server.. 

Under "File" click the "Manage Servers" menu item.  

The popup will have a green (+) button add new servers. Click it. 

Fill in the nickname, server, user, password.  leave "Uncheck" the passive option 

and connect..   Very clean and simple .. 

Remember the site goes in the www folder..
